Terms of service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms apply to your use of oildraw.com and purchases from OilDraw by Interlitus, MB. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We work hard to describe products accurately. Product images are renderings and illustrations, and colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If an item was clearly mispriced, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. No payment is taken on this website: we contact you to confirm the order and complete payment, and we accept the order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example if an item is unavailable, can't be shipped to your address, or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds page, which form part of these terms.

Safe and intended use

OilDraw is intended for motor-oil stains on bare, unsealed concrete. Read and follow all directions and cautions on the product label, including safety, handling, storage and disposal; test a small area first; don't use it on sealed, coated, painted or decorative surfaces unless the label confirms them; keep it out of reach of children and pets; and don't wash residue into storm drains. Results vary, and complete stain removal is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Site content

All content on this site, including text, images and the OilDraw name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
