30-day returns on unopened bottles

If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and return any unopened bottle for a refund of its product price. Because OilDraw is a liquid cleaning product, we can't accept returns of opened or partly used bottles, except for the damaged or faulty items described below.

How to return

1. Email info@oildraw.com or use our contact form with your order number.
2. We'll reply within one business day with your return address and instructions.
3. Pack the unopened bottle upright and securely. The original carton is ideal.
4. Once the return arrives, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Please don't send returns to our office address without contacting us first, because it isn't a returns warehouse.

Damaged, leaking or faulty items

If your kit arrives damaged or leaking, or a part is missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Results

Results depend on the stain, the concrete and earlier treatments, and complete stain removal isn't guaranteed. If you're unhappy with your experience, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Gifts

Received OilDraw as a gift? Contact us with the order number or the buyer's name, and we'll refund the original payment method or offer store credit.
